Pricing for Photography
Prices below are current as of January 1st, 2025
A photo shoot will range from approximately $200 to $400.
1000 sq ft w/approx 15 photos ... $200
1500 sq ft w/approx 20 photos ... $250
2000 sq ft w/approx 25 photos ... $300
2500 sq ft w/approx 30 photos ... $350
3000 sq ft w/approx 35 photos ... $400
My prices are competitive, while providing quality photos and services.
Prices may vary up or down depending on the size of the property, square footage,
current status (vacant or occupied/staged), views, outbuildings, special/additional photography requests, and other factors.
Your photos will be large, high resolution digital photos (3000 pixels across at 300 dpi).
They are perfect for flyers, brochures, and RMLS/Airbnb/VRBO listings.
Having a home “staged” without clutter will speed up the photography process. This will ensure
more attractive photos and greatly enhance the appeal of your client’s listings.

Quick turn around time of 1 to 2 days.
Delivery of digital photos will be electronic via Dropbox or equivalent photo storage service.
Other delivery options can be discussed if needed.
Serving the greater Portland/Vancouver metro area and beyond.
Travel is included within 25 miles of Gresham, OR (additional miles at $1.50 per mile, one way).

Pricing for Walk-through Videos
Walk-through videos are a way to show the layout the home.
The smooth and steady video is set to upbeat, but not overbearing music.
Starting from the outside front of the home, the video steadily approaches
and enters the front door. What you will see from this point is an entire video walkthrough
that covers most of the home, excluding some areas such as small closets and garages.
There is a seamless transition that shows the backyard, and finishes with
photo still shots of the front of the home.
At the end of the video, the music fades, and the home address and Realtors information are optional.
If the Realtors name and company is shown, this would be a BRANDED video.
If the Realtors name and company are not shown, this would be an UNBRANDED video.
I can provide both of these versions for $100, unless it’s a very large home, extra acreage, or extremely complex.
This $100 price applies if you are also doing a photo shoot, otherwise a video by itself is approximately $150.
The average video lasts about 4 minutes. It is available in High Resolution 4K if your connection
and monitor or Smartphone support it. An interesting tip once you get to the video on Youtube,
look for the little gear icon at the bottom of the video and see if you can change it to the highest
resolution that is available.
